Site visit to Makawanpur
On 8th January 2016, BNMT made a visit along with AmeriCares Nepal Team leader-Riaz Khalil and Programme Director- Suman Chandra Gurung from BNMT Nepal to another two VDC’s i.e. Fakhel Health Post and Makawanpurgadhi Health Post for the reconstruction of Health facilities. Both the team met the people of the community and had a discussion regarding the constructions of health post which is starting very soon.
BNMT Nepal and AmeriCares are planning to reconstruct the four health facilities in Makawanpur and conduct public health interventions such as water sanitation and hygiene programme (WASH), mental health and psychosocial programme (MHPSS) and disaster risk reduction (DRR) programme very soon.
