Conducted Follow-Up Psychosocial Education at Belmont International School, Samkahushi
On 17th September 2015, BNMT psychosocial team was at Belmont International School, Town Planning Samakhushi-29 for the follow-up Psychosocial counselling where 14 students attended the session from class 10.
The session started with an “Art Counselling” called ‘Who Am I?’ They drew different images on paper regarding their life. Most of the students expressed that they could not control their anger while expressing their present situation.
The session ended with Anger Management and ways to focus on own emotions. They were pleased to do that Art Counselling and Anger Management Techniques.
