Capacity building training on interlinkage between mental health and adolescent sexual and reproductive health and rights
Under the AmplifyChange project, BNMT Nepal conducted Capacity building training to local civil society organizations of Sindhuplachowk on the interlinkage between mental health and adolescent sexual and reproductive health and rights from October 21 to 25, 2019. The training accommodated downstream delivery partners of AmplifyChange project, school teachers including principal, members of youth clubs, and community mobilizers. The sessions mainly focused on mental and psychosocial wellbeing, stress management, suicide prevention, self-care, coping techniques, identification and referral of mental and psychosocial cases seen in the communities. A lot of refreshing exercises in between made the sessions more comprehending. A total of 25 participants benefitted from the program.
