Free Health and Relief Camp in Tallo Okharpauwa, Nuwakot
On 26th May, BNMT Nepal conducted Free Health Camp and Relief Distribution Program to individuals and families affected by earthquake in Tallo Okharpauwa, Nuwakot. We would sincerely like to thank Society for Emergency care and Support Nepal, Tamakoshi Cooperative Hospital, Ramechhap and German Rotary Volunteer Doctors for their immense support and participation in conduction of the free health camp. The program was conducted in the premise of Shree Bhawani Madhyamik Vidhyalaya. Around 500 people from ward no. 7 and 8 were directly benefited from the General OPD and Dental Health services provided in the health camp.
Along with this Relief materials were distributed to 200 affected households. Tents and blankets were also provided to affected individuals and families as per the need assessed. After completion of the health camp Essential Medicines were handed over to Sisdol Health Post, Nuwakot which will used for the treatment of those affected by the earthquake.
