On August 28, 2016 inception meeting was held in Bawarchi Bistro, Babarmahal, Kathmandu where Chief District Officer (CDO), Local Development Officer (LDO), Chief of Women Development Office (WDO), Chief of District Public Health Office (DPHO), Chief of District Education Office, Social Development Officer (DDC), Planning monitoring and Supervision Officer, Public Health Inspector (Focal person), Child Protection Officer, Planning Manager and Evaluation Officer (PMEO), Executive Officer (EO) of Gokarneswor Municipality Office and BNMT representatives Mr. Suman Chandra Gurung, Executive Director; Dr. Kulesh Bahadur Thapa, Country Representative (UK); Mr. Raghu Dhital, Programme Manager; Ms. Kritika Dixit, Monitoring and Evluation Officer and; Ms. Sajana Shrestha District Coordinator attended the meeting.
