BNMT Team in Marpak, Dhading
On 7th and 8th May, 2015, BNMT along with Nepalese Nursing Association UK was in Marpak VDC of Dhading district conducting general health camp and distribution of relief materials along with psychosocial counseling. Marpak is one of the five most affected VDCs in the district. Located high up in the hills, itwas extremely difficult to get aid into the district by road. It took us nearly 2 days to reach this remote village.
The general health camp set in ward no. 2 of Marpak VDC in a school premise. Around 130 individuals were directly benefited from the health camp.
