Creativity and Storytelling Workshop
On 8th November 2021, a one-day Creativity and Storytelling workshop was organized for BNMT staff in Hotel Shankar, Kathmandu. The workshop was facilitated by international Executive Performance Coach, Robert Hale. The workshop entailed different interactive sessions and group exercises to acquaint the audiences on the essence and impact of creativity and storytelling at the workplace, also shedding some light on the hindrances to creativity. The workshop, through an individual and a group exercise, highlighted on the 6 thinking hats – factual, emotional, optimistic, cautious, creative and process – to help the audiences think comprehensively and make decisions to optimize their outcomes. A total of 20 participants benefitted from the workshop.
