Free Health Camp in Himalaya Old Age Home
BNMT conducted Free Health Camp at Himalaya Kendra (Himalaya Old Age Home) Gongabu-6, Jalbinayak, Kathmandu for elderly citizens on 16th July 2015. As per the need assessment on the previous visit for psycho social counselling and upon receiving the request from coordinator Ms. Sarala Panthi we organised this event. We would sincerely like to thank the entire staffs of Himalaya Old Age Home for their support on conducting this event successfully.
24 elderly citizens were directly benefited from this health camp along with 4 regular staffs. Free medicines were provided as per the prescription. They all were very happy to receive the free check-up and medicines on the spot. The coordinator from the old age home thanked BNMT for our prompt initiation to organise this free health camp.
