Health Camp at Ganesh Secondary School, Bhaktapur
Under the project, Enhancing Community Health in Nepal, a free health camp was organized at Ganesh Secondary School premises at Bharwacho, Bhaktapur Municipality-17 on February 27th, 2017.
In the camp, different diagnosis such as General check-up, Orthopaedics and Obstetrics/Gynaecology were operated from four rooms along with distribution of free essential medicines provided by BNMT Nepal. And, complicated cases of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with acute exacerbation were referred to tertiary health care centres and hospitals.
Total 151 people of all ages, with 121 women and 30 men directly benefited from the camp.
