Monitoring and Evaluation visits to TB REACH Wave 5 districts

From 19^th June to 27^th June 2018, our Executive Director, Mr. Suman Chandra Gurung along with a team from central and regional offices visited TB REACH Wave 5 districts for conducting Planning and Review Workshop and monitoring and evaluation of project activities. Planning and Review Workshop was conducted in regional office, Nepalgunj with the presence of all the project staffs. The workshop reviewed the programmatic activities focusing on targets, achievements, current challenges and planned the further actions for effective operation of case finding activities in the project districts. After the workshop, the team visited each districts of the project for monitoring and supervising the activities. The government stakeholders such as District Public Health Offices and District Tuberculosis Leprosy Officers have been providing consistent support to the organization throughout the project. During this visit, they highly appreciated the work of BNMT Nepal and showed commitment to support or provide guidance as and when required.

Till 15^th June 2018, the project has successfully achieved 668 TB cases.
