Prayash Lamsal
Prayash Lamsal is the District Project Coordinator for Global Fund/UNDP funded Project, ‘Strengthening Health Resilience in TB program in Nepal’ based in Salyan district. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Public Health and has gained valuable community health experience during his academic fieldwork in Gulmi and Nuwakot districts. Prayash has worked as a field researcher with NHRC, HERD International, and Tilganga Institute of Ophthalmology, focusing on both communicable and non-communicable diseases. He has held key program roles with several organizations, including HURENDEC Nepal (in partnership with World Vision), Aasaman Nepal (WHH/BMZ), AMDA Nepal (AMDA Minds), and Geruwa Banke (PSI Nepal). He also contributed to earthquake response in Ramechhap and COVID-19 response in Banke. Until December 31, 2024, he served as District Project Coordinator for the TB Program with KIDS in Salyan, funded by the Global Fund through Save the Children. Prayash’s extensive experience and dedication to public health continue to drive meaningful impact at the community level.
