Sudip Paudel
Sudip Paudel is currently serving as the District Project Coordinator for the Strengthening Health Resilience in TB Program in Nepal, a project funded by the Global Fund through UNDP, and is based in Palpa district. In this role, he works in close coordination with the regional team in Banke, supporting the implementation and monitoring of tuberculosis-related interventions. Previously, Sudip served in the RESPOND II Project in Rolpa, implemented by BNMT Nepal with support from Americares, where he contributed to strengthening community health systems and emergency preparedness. Sudip holds a Bachelor’s degree in Public Health and a Diploma in Health Assistance. Over the past eight years, he has worked extensively across both public health and clinical sectors with reputed organizations including the Health Directorate Office of Lumbini Province, One Heart Worldwide, New ERA, Intrepid Nepal/CMDN/JANTRA, Prakash Awareness Group, and Chitwan Hospital Pvt. Ltd. His broad experience encompasses program coordination, community health mobilization, clinical service delivery, and field-based research, making him a valuable asset in strengthening Nepal’s health systems at both local and provincial levels.
