Strategic Planning workshop

BNMT Nepal organized a 2 days strategic planning workshop from 13^th to 14^th April in Nagarkot, Kathmandu. In the program, the team along with the representatives of the executive board members came together for a dynamic discussion and enhanced work relationships. The meeting aided open discussions and planning on fundraising, public engagement, human resource development, research dissemination ideas, financial literacy, regional engagement, gender equality, and so on. The meeting generated new ideas and gave directions for future planning.
