Training on R software
From 20th to 24th of May 2019, a 5-days training on R software was conducted by BNMT Nepal in Kathmandu. The training was facilitated by Dr. Jens Levy from KNCV Tuberculosis Foundation, Netherlands, one of the consortium partners of BNMT Nepal from the project, IMPACT TB. The training included sessions on introduction and importance of R, data structures in R, data importing, programming and visualization, data transformation, data modelling and R markdown. The participants included staff of BNMT Nepal, Oxford University Clinical Research Unit (OUCRU) – Nepal, Genetup NATA and Tribhuvan University. A total of 22 participants benefitted from the training.
