WASH awareness programs in Makwanpurgadhi and Tistung
Under the project, Health Facilities Reconstruction and Health Service Strengthening in Makwanpur District, WASH awareness programs were conducted in Makwanpurgadhi (different wards) and Tistung VDCs. The orientations focused on Hygiene and sanitation, Hand washing and its importance, Hand washing techniques, importance of water purification and its techniques, diseases due to unsafe water and sanitation and ways to prevent diseases due to unsafe water and sanitation.
