WASH Orientations for HFOMC members in Makwanpurgadhi VDC

BNMT Nepal organized a three day WASH orientation for HFOMC members in Makwanpurgadhi VDC. The orientation sessions covered on safe water and sanitation, water borne diseases and their preventive measures; hand washing practices; techniques of water purification; promotion of healthy behaviour; household and health care waste management; personal hygiene, environmental sanitation and community awareness for proper use of toilet. The programs were facilitated by Government concerned health facilities incharges and BNMT Nepal staffs. A total of 22 including 12 females and 10 males benefitted from the program.
